"A friend of mine recommended Brian Whittaker to replace my 22 year old garage door opener when it broke down a few weeks ago (February 2017). I called Brian and he told me what he does and what he would recommend which included a cost of installation which I thought was very fair. I followed his suggestion, bought a new opener in Home Depot and called to asked when he could install it. He gave me a day and time which was 2 days later. I told him that the date and was fine with me. He showed up on time, competently removed the old opener and installed the new one. The whole process took less than 2 hours which included setting up the remotes, keypad and inside open/close button. I paid him by check and thanked him for doing an excellent job. I was a satisfied customer.

Later I spoke to a neighbor who told me that he had Brian install a garage door opener 30 years ago and was very satisfied then. Same company, same methodology, same courteous service. I would strongly recommend Brian Whittaker to anyone who needs a new garage door opener installed. While it may be possible to do it yourself, it just isn't worth the trouble."
